For Laura’s version , check out this link.Make sure that you buy fresh active dry yeast , expired yeast or yeast that doesn’t get activated will ruin this dish. This garlic knot recipe can be made with left over pizza dough. Did I just say pizza? yes I did.Who doesn’t love pizza ? I am sure everyone is a high fan of pizza and most of us end up doing a take out on a Thursday because we are very lazy or just plain exhausted to cook.I used to do the same till I found that making pizza isn’t so tricky as it looks like.
I made a whole wheat pizza using pizza flour which is these days readily available in most superstores.I added my host of fresh herbs in the crust as well.Now to my kitchen notes I would say this pizza dough requires to be soft and stretchy but as we are using whole purpose flour it won’t get the exact same texture as we expect it.Go ahead and throw in your all purpose flour for the stretchy smooth pizza dough.You can make your crust plain of add herbs for taste.You need to add activated yeast to the dough which I have discussed in detail in one of my previous post.I am attaching a link down below in case you missed the post.
