Valentine’s Day Special Lemon Crinkle Cookies




Lemon cookies are yummy crumbly soft cookies made with a very few ingredients.They have a very light buttery texture and taste incredibly good.You can top them with caramel, chocolate, meringue, lime zest or add in berries of your choice. You can also use avocado instead of butter and make a vegan low fat version of this cookie.The base of this recipe is derives from the Indian Shortbread Cookie or Nankhatai but I have modified it a little bit to make my version of crumbly zesty shortbread cookies.They bake in almost no time and since the ingredients  are completely in your hand you can make them as rich and fatty or as healthy as possible.
