On the side of a burger, a plate of good old spaghetti, braised vegetables ,rice pulav you name it.This is the secret recipe to make them crispy golden brown.They are a treat for a weekday dinner and they don’t take that long, they are practically just sitting in the oven while you finish your chores.The best part about these potatoes is that they are cooked to perfection on the inside and roasted crispy on the outside. The microwave step makes the potatoes absorb all that delicious seasoning you put out there.I mean c’mon just look at the photo if you love carbs as much as me you’ll be making them every once a week. They are the best when it comes to indulging in food.Now I have turned them over and roasted them twice for that crispy all over texture.So please take the extra step of flipping them over for gorgeous golden brown fries.The added bonus ? They are baked not fried, lesser oil not that it makes it any healthier but ok.
