250 g pork ribs
2.5 L water
10 g wolfberries
2 red dates (pitted)
3 tsp sweet apricot kernels (aka Chinese South almonds)
3 tsp bitter apricot kernels (aka Chinese North almonds)
2 ginger slices
salt (to taste)
